I’ve started sharing how I’m slowly transitioning our family away from highly processed foods toward more natural, whole food options. We’ve always been pretty health and macro-conscious in our home, but I started noticing that some foods—especially the convenient, packaged kind—were triggering behavior issues, constant cravings, and just didn’t leave us feeling satisfied.

After diving deeper into how food affects the body on a cellular level, my mindset started to shift. I realized that it’s not just about what we weigh or how we look—it’s about long-term health, energy, and vitality. The 5 Core Principles of the Lean & Clean Diet

Daily movement is non-negotiable for a strong, energized, and healthy body. That includes:
