I’m not afraid to get old… I’m afraid to get weak.
Not long ago, I had a moment— I looked at my reflection and thought, “I’m not chasing a six-pack or a smaller pant size… I’m chasing I’m chasing a long and healthy life.” We don't just want the blessing to grow old with the ones we love; we want to grow old WELL with them.
I'm 45 now. And every workout, every high-protein meal, every nightly wind-down routine—it's not just for the woman I am today, it's for the woman I want to be at 85.
I want to hike with my grandkids. I want to lift my own suitcase. I want to feel alive in my body for as long as I can. That’s why I’m choosing:
✨ Purposeful Nutrition – I focus on protein, fiber, and whole foods to nourish my body and support lean muscle.
✨ Smart Training – I do five 30-minute BB Fit workouts a week and go on a daily walk. It’s not all-or-nothing—it’s consistency.
✨ Sleep Optimization – I stick to a consistent bedtime, power down screens, and include magnesium in my nighttime routine.
Aging isn’t the enemy. Losing strength, energy, and function is. But we have so much power to stay strong, vibrant, and capable—together.
