That’s exactly why I created Fit Club to help women just like me get in quick, effective workouts—and actually enjoy doing it—inside a supportive community that feels like a team of friends cheering you on.
I’m not here to push perfection. I’m here to show you how to build strength, confidence, and momentum one small, consistent step at a time. Whether it’s a 30-minute workout between meetings or an accountability check-in on a chaotic Sunday night, Fit Club will help you reclaim your energy, motivation, and health with the support of an amazing community and a coach that truly cares about YOU.
I've got the credentials ((M.Ed, NASM CPT, CNC, CHPC, RYT-200)) but more importantly, I've got the heart, I truly love helping people! I tell my clients, " The only way you are going to fail, is if you give up on yourself, because I won't give up on you!" And I won't!

I’ve been a Certified High Performance Coach for over 5 years, a registered yoga instructor for 7, a certified personal trainer and nutrition coach for 2 years and I am still learning how to be a better coach every day!!
